Vendor Guidelines: Vendor space is available for those who wish to participate. Space is limited, so plan to submit your application early. Vendor Fees: Booths may be paid by check or money order payable to: VisionHawk Productions. The cost for a 10 x10 booth is $175.00 for each space required. $25.00 additional for a corner booth (very limited) or electrical.
Tables, chairs, and canopies will be available for rent. Please call Rick & Linda to get additional info on rentals (559) 641-5980 Vendors can provide marketing materials for inclusion on the website. This is a great opportunity for you to advertise. Vendor Rules: Original Work: 75% of work exhibited must be original artwork produced by the artist. No mass produced or foreign production items will be allowed for sale. Please list all items you intend to sell on the application form. A juried exhibitor may not sell items not listed on their application. Sharing Booths: Vendors sharing booths must submit separate applications and indicate they are sharing a booth with another artist. Vendors may only share a 10 x 10 booth and must be pre-approved. Set-up and Break-down: All booths must be set up before the festival opening hours, and must be kept open until the close of the festival. No set up will be permitted after the festival opens each day. Vendors are responsible for construction and tearing down of their exhibits and are solely responsible for their contents. Set up hours: Thursday 2:00pm – 5:00 pm. Friday 7:00am – 11:00am. Saturday and Sunday 8:00am – 10:00am. Sierra Sky ranch has SOME availability to drive up to your vendor space, we will have a cart to assist if you can not get right up to your booth. Weather: This is an outdoor event. As with every outdoor event weather conditions may vary. Generally it is sunny and warm in late September with cool evenings. Please be prepared for all weather conditions. Security: Vendors are solely responsible for securing the contents of their booth. This event is being held on private property. The hotel has 24-hour security cameras at the front desk with a staff member on site all night, however it is recommended that all valuables be removed overnight. Sales Tax: California State Sales Tax permits are required. Vendors are responsible for collecting and submitting sales tax. If you are not already registered, please contact The State Board of Equalization for California sales tax permit or information. Refunds: Cancellations must be in writing no later than July 31st, 2012 in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be 75% of the vendor booth fee. |
