Dear Vendors and Sponsors,

We would like to include in our festival a silent auction with a percentage of the proceeds benefiting some of our non-profit partners that have made this all possible. We would like to ask you to consider donating an item for this silent auction.

We will include a photo and short description of the donated item and a photo and bio of you on our website. The silent auction items will be on display at the festival entrance where everyone attending will have an opportunity to see your work as soon as they arrive. Your donation will be marked with your name, your space number, and the retail value of the item. We want you to have a successful event and this could be a great way for you to show off your work to those who are less familiar with it.

If you have your own website you could advertise your donation on your website and link to the Yosemite Flute and Art Festival website. This is also a great way for you to spread the word about the festival to your database or regular clients. Please let us know how we can help you do this. We have nice black and white half page fliers we can email to you.

Please send a photo and very brief description of the exact item you will be donating to the silent auction to our web master. Please include the retail value of the item and a website or contact info. We can add a banner bar if you have one. Send this information to: blackwolfdrums@gmail.com. Your donation will be listed on the website in the order in which we receive the donations.

Thank you so much for your participation in this magnificent event.
