Where is the festival held?

Oakhurst, CA lies in the Sierra foothills 45 miles north of Fresno, CA.
Sierra Sky Ranch is 6 miles north of Oakhurst just off Hwy 41.

What are the festival hours?

Friday 11-5
Saturday 10-5
Sunday 10-3

How much is the entrance fee?

Festival entrance is $5.00 for all three days. You will pay this fee at the
festival entrance desk and receive a badge with your name on it.

Concert tickets are $20.00 for each night or both nights for $35.00

Where will the concerts be held?

Both the festival and concerts will be held at Sierra Sky Ranch. This will be an intimate indoor
concert venue. Concert seating is limited, please order your concert tickets in advance.

How do I order concert tickets in advance?

To purchase concert tickets in advance with a credit card, please call (559) 641-5980.
Your tickets will be available at will call located at the festival entrance desk.

Will there be workshops?

Yes! The best variety of workshops will be chosen from all the proposals submitted. See the workshop
tab for information on submitting a workshop proposal. Proposals must be submitted by May 31st.
No late submissions will be accepted. We will post all the workshops on the website by July 1st.

How do I sign up for a workshop?

You can send an email titled “ workshop” to: yosemitefluteandartfestival@gmail.com.
We will add your name to the sign up sheet.

How do I pay for a workshop?

All workshop fees are decided and collected by the workshop facilitator.
Be prepared to pay the facilitator at the beginning of the workshop.
